We are a Swedish company that sells hair bands made in Portugal.

2. Use of the website

By using our website and making purchases, you agree that:

Only use the website to make legally binding orders or inquiries.

Do not place false or fraudulent orders. If we have reasonable cause to believe that an order is false or illegal, we reserve the right to cancel it and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

Provide accurate contact information (email, address, phone number) so that we can contact you if necessary. If the necessary information is missing, we cannot process your order.

Make purchases only if you are over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

ByFilia is not responsible for lost orders due to an incorrectly specified address or incomplete information at the time of purchase.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK). As we are not VAT registered, no VAT is charged on our products.

We offer the following payment methods:

Card payment (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

Swish

When you make a purchase, you agree to our terms and conditions.

4. Delivery & Shipping

We ship our orders with PostNord 1st class mail. Delivery is made directly to your mailbox the next or following business day in Sweden.

Shipping cost:

Free shipping within Sweden.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation with a tracking number. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act.

To return an item:

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to make a return. The product must be returned in its original condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of products that are dirty, damaged or show signs of use.

As a customer, you are responsible for the return cost.

To make a return, send an email to info@byfilia.com with the subject line "RETURN". Include your full name, address, order number and which products you wish to return.

6. Complaints

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you have the right to complain about it according to the Consumer Purchase Act. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time (no later than 3 years after purchase).

To make a complaint:

Email us at info@byfilia.com with the order number and pictures of the error.

We will return with instructions regarding any return or replacement.

If the complaint is approved, we will cover the return shipping and you will receive a new product or your money back.

7. Personal data & GDPR

We handle your personal data in accordance with GDPR. Your data is only used to process your order and is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Dispute & Applicable Law

In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board of Consumer Complaints (ARN). Swedish law applies to these terms and conditions.
