Where are the hair bands made?

All hair bands are made in Portugal.

What material are the hair bands made of?

The headbands are made of 96% viscose and 4% elastane. All fabrics are certified according to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100.

What size are the hair bands?

All headbands are ONE SIZE and very stretchy. They are designed to fit everyone.

Can I wash the hair bands?

The headbands are washable. We recommend hand washing, but you can also use the hand wash program in a washing machine. Use a low temperature!

How long is the delivery time?

Delivery time is 2-4 working days.

How do I make a return?

To make a return, send an email to info@byfilia.com with the subject line "RETURN". Include your full name, address, order number and which products you wish to return.

You as the customer are responsible for the return cost.

What is your refund policy like?

If you regret your purchase, you have 30 days to make a return.

All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

The product must be returned in a new and unused condition for the return to be accepted.

We recommend that you keep the receipt from the post office with the tracking number to prove that the package has been sent, as you as the customer are responsible for the package until it arrives at our warehouse.
