We offer free shipping on all orders within Scandinavia (including Finland) and ship our products worldwide with PostNord.

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and taxes according to the regulations of the recipient country. The customer is responsible for any customs duties and other additional costs. We recommend that you contact your local customs authority for more information. Please note that customs duties, taxes and other import costs are not refundable if you choose to return your order.

Your items will be shipped to the delivery address you provide at checkout. ByFilia is not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information when ordering.
